Book, end or extend a meeting directly from the clock, or use the calendar to find other rooms based on availability, size and equipment. Thanks to the green, amber and red aura, you can see at a glance whether the room is empty or not. No more confusion or double bookings.
See the full meeting room program at a glance with the Evoko overview screen at Evoko Home. Choose between the entire building or just one floor. It is easy to see what is available, what is reserved and what will soon be occupied just by the red, green and amber color coding system. The helpful arrows also let you know where the meeting rooms are in relation to what you need, making finding something nearby a breeze!
